"On top of the game"
Plain and simple this is the best tool for deliverabilty, with the most features and has the best support. Every cold email tool will have bugs since developers have to make changes to fight back against spam policies changes. Smartleads support team makes it so when i break something they give a status report instantly and most likely fixes it within the hour. All of this on top of the best features the quickest updates and a founder/team that knows a ton about cold emailing

- Very comprehensive support. I had a problem with the formatting of my icebreakers ( The thing I asked them was a bit tricky and very unusual). They gave me an alternative solution, a refund, and they started working on it to fix it on the next patch. - UX is excellent - The cheapest plan has the master inbox (Unibox), unlike some other software.

I haven't even used most of the features. Before this, I was looking at building something custom as my requirements were very specific that no one else had. That would have been a job on its own. I'm glad I don't have to do it anymore.
